Not pleased with the service or delivery. I called to check on the status of my delivery and was met with attitude and dismissed. I was told “Your order is on the truck, we have over 150 deliveries so you just have to wait! I have to go!” And the person hung up the phone. My sister had no idea the flowers had been delivered until she opened her door at 10pm. They were left outside her door and no one knocked, rang the doorbell or anything. So much for a Mother’s Day surprise smh. For $80.00 I expected better service.
Because I live 2.5 hours away, I purchased flowers for my boyfriends for Mother’s Day and she loved them! The quality was excellent, and they send you a few flowers that haven’t fully bloomed yet so they have them longer! I ordered them around 11pm on a Friday and she got them the next day around 1pm. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
